The Positive Difference Lab exists at the intersection of critical scholarship, care, and societal impact. The Lab is my space for reimagining and experimenting in academia towards a Positive Academia Collective Transformation (PACT) – where knowledge construction contributes to social justice, community well-being, and more humane institutions. Through research, dialogue, and practice-based interventions, I work with academics, students, and broader communities to transform the often invisible labor into visible value, critique into care, and theory into tangible societal impact.
My mission is simple but radical – to make a positive difference in and beyond academia – by focusing on the ethics of care, challenging dominant power structures, and designing and constructing alternative futures for higher education and society.
While many writing projects are currently under review, I have been involved in various activities that you can explore in the following sections.
